Kim Ibfelt holds a Master of Science degree from the Technical University of Denmark (1989). Since his graduation Kim has been working with many different aspects of IT in companies like IBM, Navision and Microsoft.

In the last 15 years his primary focus has been managing Software Development projects on a variety of platforms and in different business environments. Since 1999 Kim Ibfelt has been working with Dynamics NAV. His current position with Microsoft is Director of Program Management for Microsoft Dynamics NAV at the Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen (MDCC).

Kim's main area of interest is how you in Software Development can obtain predictability, quality, effectiveness and creativity at the same time through the use of a proper and balanced set of processes and tools. Kim is convinced that these characteristics go hand in hand even though he understands that he in this connection might represent a minority.
